I rode through a small swarm of paper wasps years ago and a couple got up the sleeve of my jacket...
It’s amazing how calm I remained as I carefully pulled off the highway while I was being stung repeatedly in my armpit. However, after I jumped off the bike, I must’ve looked like a crazy person to the passersby,

“For sale, turnkey junkyard on a rolling chassis. You haul it away. First $24,995 takes it home. Bring trailer and tetanus immunizations.”

I’m seeing hints of stylized ‘92 Geo Storm GSi.

This sounds like some sort of drug trafficking scheme. I’m guessing that this VW may or may not be crammed full of cocaine at some point before the buyer takes possession of the car...

Nice W124, msnovtue...I’d love to find a clean 300CE someday. I’m right there with you on the heirloom aspect of a classic Mercedes-Benz, but the sale of my 107 became a down payment on a new house. Also, mine was a very early chassis, 000400 specifically. Mercedes built 31,739 of these cars, but they used many unique

I recently sold my 1973 C107 and my 11 year old son was devastated (he cried himself to sleep that night). This is a pic from the time we entered it in a local car show. We had been sitting nearby in the shade of a tree, but when people started walking by and admiring the old “Panzerwagen,” he walked over and sat in

Beat me to it...

Isn’t that the V6 SHO motor? The 3rd Gen (with it’s floating ironing board wing) had the V8, still an attractive engine (particularly by modern standards), but not nearly as pretty as the 1st & 2nd Gen motors...

No brakes...?

I like it because it doesnt pretend to be what it isnt...
Sorry, but the PT Cruiser is such a poser it doesnt even know what its pretending to be. Crappy econobox pretending to be a light truck (for CAFE standards) pretending to be a 1930's panel van.

Pretending to be what it isn’t is kind of the PT Cruiser’s

To be fair, the recent results of their partnership with McLaren seems to confirm the thesis that Honda has no business being in F1...Hopefully, things will get much better, very quickly.

As a motorcyclist I am keenly aware of this. Not only do I have to be concerned about property damage from road hazards, but also the very real threat they pose to my physical well-being. My late father always told me to ride like everyone and everything else on the road is trying to kill me, facetiously ascribing

As the owner of a 1973 450SLC, I would say you should be very wary of people selling formerly top-tier Mercedes’ at significantly below market value, unless you are purchasing it with restoration in mind...

Looks an awful lot like a 4-door version of my old ‘79 Celica... I like it!

For both Termi and Akrapovic, the Slip-ons don’t do anything to the CAT. You have to go for a full race system to ditch the breadbox... Same as on the Monsters and Scramblers...

Depends on the state, but in all states ID is required to operate a motor vehicle. In many states you can not be arrested for failure to provide ID, but you can be detained temporarily while they establish your identity. The hand cuffs definitely seem excessive.

I love my Duc, but can’t stand the bulbous catalytic converters that Ducati shoves in front of the rear wheels (even on most of the Termi pipes). Also, I can’t say that it would be enjoyable, but I believe there was a story a few years back about a bloke named Dennis Matson who toured 15k miles on his 1199 Panigale

Nice! It’s not “Where” is the Carl Vinson, but “When?”

Maybe it’s just my experience, but it seems the most egregious perpetrators of the, “Hey, I want you to listen to my terrible music along with me!” phenomenon are on older Honda Goldwings...

We get it, dude, you’re cool because you listen to Whitesnake and AC/DC at ear-bleeding volume levels.

Still waiting for Polaris to build an Indian that weighs less than 500lbs and has more than 20 degrees of lean angle...
Indian has a motorsports heritage, and they’re certainly doing well on the flat track with the FTR750...lets see some more sporting bikes, Polaris!
