So I get invited to meetings sometime and the one lady at the table gets interrupted frequently (enough for me to notice). Is it too awkward from my position to interrupt the interrupter and say “What were you saying, Rhonda?”

She seems to roll with the punches, but it mildly pisses me off when it happens

Seriously. That must have been some pussy.

Mario Lemieux made a return from cancer, Josh Hamilton made a return from being a fucking crackhead, Ray Lewis made a return from being a murderer........yet Tiger Woods couldn’t mount a successful comeback from infidelity....what a PUSSY!

I have a pretty good guess which vice the captain will recommend to the team.

Her little shoulder shimmy is making me all kinds of happy.

How about:

“Some of these ideas are a little half-baked, ...”

Too late to ETA, but

This is an excellent joke. Thank you.

I can’t imagine how you could be a successful NBA coach without being sensitive of race relations in this country.

When asked what he’s going to do now that he’s got a 100 million dollar contract, Antetokounpo said he’d carry on the fine Greek tradition of spending all 300 million of it.

They’re unbelievably rude and grating, like all Canadians.

Sure, everyone makes a big to-do about Fernandez passing away, but no one so much as blinks at Beltre’s poignant homage to Arnie.

The Blue Jays are surprisingly transitioning into one of baseball’s most hated teams. Who don’t they have beef with anymore?

I wish I got extra points for punts in my fantasy muff league.

Not many people know this but Milwaukee actually comes from an old Ojibwe word meaning “Yeah, but what about Black on Black crime?”

Dude, we’re talking about Loria. He’s the Donald Trump of MLB owners. We’ll be lucky if he can retire the number without trying to extort money from half of South Florida

Hmmmm.
Uninteresting.

I worry that stuff like this is getting too much in the trenches with Trump. It has no basis as far as we know (certainly could be true, what do I know, but zero basis at this point). What good does this do? Who will be swayed by this? All it does is let the right cite an instance that, at least superficially, is not

And this article is doing the former. I’m not denying that the media inserts narratives into snapshots taken out of context, but doing the exact same thing seems to be a weird way of complaining about it.
