I watched the show on BBC and the retreat was not the finale, the stepmom’s art show was. I don’t know how Amazon did it. But, if the author of this piece did not see the art show piece, she just absolutely must do so.

I don’t find her unlikable in the same sense of the characters from Girls. I find Fleabag to be funny and self-aware, and in some of the scenes with Boo, she is quite caring. I find Hannah and crew to be irritating and with no self-awareness at all.
This show is really good, and I don’/t think she’s unlikeable. I loved how the arc of the story helped you understand her better.
This was an amazing series that ended up being much more that I had anticipated.
