It’s lots of cheeses sealed in wax piled on top of eachother, not really a cake as such. Me and Mr Sweetie had Snowdonia cheese at our wedding when we got married. Not that much though. And not piled up as a cake. It got eaten in about 5 minutes apparently. It’s really good cheese.
