No variable speed playback. No marking of previously listened to episodes. Downloading an episode (other than the default three) is not obvious. So far not super impressed.

I got one for us, and for my teenage son. So far, the verdicts have been, meh. So your mileage may vary.

Also, once you turn 40ish, your eyes will change yet again so that you will need glasses again. (According to the Dr during my evaluation) Sigh...

Mythical was a poor choice of words. How about “statistically unlikely” intruder? People are terrible at risk analysis, and unjustly give greater weight to an intruder and lower weight to “accidently killing a loved one” Many studies have shown that people in the family are more likely to be injured or injure

As someone who has never done drugs, that sounds like a pretty good way to go out. I would probably be up for it if I knew the world was ending.

“There is no substantive-due-process right to stimulate one’s genitals for non-medical purposes unrelated to procreation or outside of an interpersonal relationship” ... So they are maintaining that there is no right to any sort of masturbation.... wow...

Sounds like someone is a fan of “Stranger in a strange land”.

She used to have a permit, during the period when she was actively targeted by the terrorist group New World Liberation Front. She got rid of the gun when she was no longer a target. Context is important. She was not afraid of a mythical “intruder.” She was under a direct threat.

Actually Journal of Quantum Physics had two articles, one for and one against. The issue picks one when you first look at the table of contents.

I didn’t know people didn’t use topsheets, until my kids refused them. Weirdos.

I’ve put used oil in the refrigerator with good results too. A bunch of batches of falafels on the same oil. Though I now just bake them....

1. There is a decent starter spreadsheet here :http://www.budgetsaresexy.com/2015/02/early-… . I have a Brundlefly (crazy mashup) version of this spreadsheet that allows me to run lots of different scenarios. Including adding expected Social Security income back in at the appropriate years, and extra withdrawals for

Hedgehogs are horrible “pet” animals. They are mostly nocturnal. Running in a wheel all night. Crapping in that wheel. Running through their crap.

Recent flights to Hawaii had touchscreen Android tablets in the seat backs. Pretty nice to pick whatever music / TV / movie / game you wanted to play. There was even a disabled seat-to-seat messaging in the system. Would’ve been nice as my family was not all in one row.

Regular firm tofu makes a great scrambler, although it wouldn’t bring it together like eggs do.

In a calorie sufficient diet, that is at all nutritious, vegetarian/vegan or not, sufficient protein is not a problem. In America, it is incredibly rare. So rare, people rarely even know the names of the diseases (Kwashiorkor or Marasmus being the most common from malnutrition). One exception, is economically

Yes, sorry, I understood your point. I was just pointing out that even a limit of $1000 is huge compared to what it was a couple years ago, or is at some smaller banks still today.

Smart ass answer: From my food, where do you get protein?

No, the limit I’m talking about was using my card over the last 20 years. So when I first got an ATM card, and it stayed there for a long time. I just did some searches for “ATM withdrawal limit” and the results are fascinating and all over the board. Limits like $500 (SIMPLE), $520 (BMO Harris/ weird), $1000 /day.
