What about Heroes of Order and Chaos? That game was pretty much unplayable on phones, and I think it's a tablet-style game.
I still think it's more of the weird detailing. I could tell at a glance in the cover photo of the video that it was CG.
That's probably because there was a lot of facial detail to Lee's face here, whereas the CG Audrey Hepburn replicated a helluva lot of makeup.

Yeah, it's RPG Maker with some heavy scripting. The soundtrack is beautiful, the art is simple but effective...but oh God the story. THE STORY. It...it earns your tears.

What really impresses me is that this thing gets 6 hours and decent temperatures out of a (TDP ) 37-watt high-end CPU and a 60-watt GPU.
In that regard you can't justify a gaming desktop either.
The 15" Retina MBP uses an i7-3615QM CPU, which is weaker than the i7-4702HQ in this device.
