I assume the remaining band members have a say (if not complete control) regarding who they play with, and if they all like and respect Lorde then I don't see why it was inappropriate. If they all like her music, I don't think it's such a a stretch to imagine Cobain would too.

I don't know, it seems to be like they feel some sort of moral superiority for being essentially celibate and possibly asexual, so I can imagine that they'd look with disdain on any sexual person, regardless of their sexuality.

I looked through his Facebook page and YouTube channels briefly, and although I didn't watch all of the videos (so I don't know if he was hateful just to women or men as well), from the ones I did see, he's alone in every one. Same with his Facebook photos - They're all selfies, except for one with his dad.
