I picked it up 1/4 mile down the road resting in the median. All of the lug holes were rounded out bigger. It still mounted fine, but I never trusted it. It was relegated to spare tire duty.

This is my Jeep from about 10 years ago, early in the morning heading down to an off-road event. It had a 4.5" lift, 33" tires, and I was going 70 mph. The tire flew off because I was a dumb ass and forgot to tighten my lug nuts night before (interrupted during tire rotation). Scary, but really not too terrible to

This post made me actually yawn in real life.

What are those buttons for again?

Absolutely spot on. Those 3 are pretty much it. Everything else is yawn inducing. Although if you like diesel, I think the Jetta SportWagen (Golf Variant) is also not so bad in TDI form. I desperately want a Golf R Wagon.

Vehicles like SUVs and trucks (and even a lot of wagons) carry with them a size and weight penalty. It usually shows up in the corners and at the gas pump. The beauty of the GTI is that despite being incredibly useful, it's still nimble and gets over 30 mpg. Here is mine on the way up to the cabin, packed with

And every car in that pic is clearly covered in just as much sand/dust.

Did I hear a Dukes of Hazzard style tire squeal on dirt at 0:55?

Ruf has never captured anybody's imagination either... for the same reason. Right? Not a Hennessy fanboy, but I don't agree with the logic.

But there is. It's called the Golf R and you will be able get it with a manual as well.

"I went out with him once after we dated. He tried to screw me some place very uncomfortable."

Trust me, at least one of the subjects in that photo has a lot of mileage.

Did you ever off road your TJ? On the highway, I'll admit that motor leaves a lot to be desired (especially with the 36's I had on mine). However, the amount of very smooth and predictable torque right off idle when offloading was fantastic. It was very hard to kill. With 4.56 gears and a 4:1 low, I could put the

Right, but I'm with Dragmasterflash here... why $100 million. Seriously? That seems absurd to me. They can crash 3,333 of these cars for that much.

That was my first thought. Need more pics!!

"This is to prove that we're not a vanilla company anymore."

I have put 65,000+ miles on my dual clutch transmission, and I can say it doesn't suck in the real world, and I actually quite like it.

We've been trolled.

Yeah, the MKIV Supra Turbo's MSRP was around $45-50k, so there is definitely a precedent for it to be a more expensive halo car.
