better solution, Chicago loves speed/red cameras so much but for some reason there isn’t one there. Install some at this intersection and your suspension pedestrian bridge would self fund. 

Imposing unrealistic speed limit on a roadway only causes more problems. This is a 75 mph roadway. Terrible design. If you want a 35 mph cruise - with bikes and pedestrians - then fucking build it. Any civil engineering or urban planning undergrad will give you a plan for 50 bucks.

I’m not saying there’s never a time to clear your cache, but the entire design purpose of a cache is to speed things up. Clearing it will normally (by design) cause some additional slowness as the cache is rebuilt.

The problem is that economics drives the boat, as it were. If the US decided to entirely cut imports from China by building all local supplies, then competitors in other countries would undercut US prices by continuing to buy from China. To succeed all one needs is a planet-wide embargo of all trade with China. And…
