Sorry to hear. My divorce went final about 15 months ago; JUST in time to get my situation back together in time to actually enjoy the shelter in place order our governor bequeathed on us. I am now back at home, live with my doggo and adult son (whose college closed for the spring). It is a very peaceful house. No

I lost my job at the end of January in a corporate re-org, my wife is a nurse, I’ll turn 50 around the day US deaths are expected to peak, and one of our investments is a vacation rental.

If divorce lawyers was a stock, I’d buy so much of it right now. 9 months from now there will be a baby boom and divorce boom. Possibly all the same people as well.

It’s just convention. Just because other countries call these people “staff” doesn’t mean they get treated any better or worse.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Resist the temptation to race the guy in a Mustang in the next lane over, so matter how much he seems to want you to. There are only two possible outcomes:

I think one of the easiest pieces of advice is just “drive it like a normal car”. Everyone seems to think that throttles and brakes on supercars must be on off switches and you have to burn rubber and set new records getting up to the speed limit every time, but the truth is for most modern cars if you just drive them

That’s where the S^2 engines come in.

It’s a blog, not a research paper. I don’t believe anything he said to be false. If you are looking for citations, google is your friend.

LOL, you’re probably right. Despite the statement of sweeping changes and ‘all-new’, this looks very much like a re-use of the current platform, with a lot of polish. The hard points all look the same, including the interior fix points. — The awful interior materials (and seat ergonomics) are my chief complaints to

Knowing what I know about FCA, they kept the car “much the same as possible” not because they are listening to their customers, but because they insist on re-using old and cheap platforms until they are far obsolete.  Then they continue using them for another 10 years.

I dunno...I’m hitting the big 40 this year and can’t wait to buy one. The thing people keep failing to realize is that most of the world’s sports car purchasers are in the demographic all the millennials like to bash. YouTube personalities are not the normal buyers of any of these cars, it’s usually people who have

Is the gear skip shift from prior generations gone yet?

How easy is it to adjust the camber to “Track Attack Mode” in the parking lot with only tools that can fit in the trunk?

Not going to happen.

I bought a CB400SF for this reason. It’s an inline 4 that revs to 13k. VTEC changeover just below 7k and it’s the older type where you either get 2 valves or 4, not this variable lift stuff. With an aftermarket pipe you can really hear the changeover.

Bit disappointed to see no mention of electronic rider aids in the article, or even in the comments at a glance. Yes power is silly but electronic safety features have come a long way in the last 15 years. I just sold my ‘04 600cc Suzuki that didn’t even have ABS and the bikes i’m looking at now have traction control,

I always enjoy the idea that “hipsters” are disdainful of SUVs. The big problem with SUVs is the size and weight magnifies the sloppy and assholish behaviors that even the best driver has, which is aggravated by the fact most people can’t drive the fucking things.

And yet you seemed to fit very comfortably in a 2-D pane of glass with a couple other people, Zod. Get over it.

I find the regular C6 quite tame looks wise, but not the Z06. C6 Z06 with some wide concave wheels, meety tires and a slightly lowered ride hight looks great to me.
