Phones are 90% battery by volume so unless your wireless charging replaces the battery, phones aren't getting a lot thinner. This small port is not that big a problem.

Glad to see Office on Mac is getting an upgrade. However I find the hideous toolbars and lack of cloud integration unpleasant enough that I switched to Google Docs and frankly it works so well I may never go back.
