Nice build! In the words of Johnny 5 though.

The drive train will not handle power increases according to Ford engineers. Sorry for the double Debbi Downer post. Check out the cutaway pics of the front and rear diffs in this article.

05 STI owner. I’d go with the Golf R. They are popping up used in mid-twenties with stage 1 and 2 APR already installed. Stage 2 adds 100hp at the wheels to the Golf R.

H/T for me. Cool. This is what happens when you prowl Craigslist with checkboxes for wagon, manual, and v-8.

I bought the Go Fast Boost controller based on their video. It is an awesome unit and these guys are highly entertaining.

Mercedes claims their AMG motors are “hand-crafted”. All motors are “hand-crafted” to an extent. In this case, one-man|one-motor <<snickers while typing>>

No argument here. Most NBA players have very good vertical jumps. The highlight reel I was referring to is NBA in the link. Worth a look.

Decent highlight reel. Got ups like dad. Good story but I’m from Ohio and grew up watching the Cavs and his dad get beat by Jordan.

Don’t forget being punished with this jibjab phrase “Dayagohbaybee”

I say welcome to the party Subaru. We’ve long been awaiting your arrival. My ‘05 STi smoked on startup after 20k miles. Subaru of America? “That’s normal for a turbo car.” Dealer serviced.

Can anyone please help me fix my other lava lamp? Oh, the feng shui!

They keep popping up near Greenville SC for around $16k

BMW employees at the Spartanburg, SC facility can drive just about anything BMW within reason for less than $300/month including insurance. I know a guy that switched both his cars over because it made sense financially. No maintenance. No insurance. Two new BMW’s that you just put gas in. His wife ripped the bumper

Nice. Yes, Subarus have brakes on all four wheels.

He was a little fast in the tunnel and lifted before exiting. He was distracted/spooked by the pedestrian as he exited the tunnel and entered the turn. The momentary lapse in concentration caused him to drop the passenger-side tires onto the shoulder which appeared to be gravel. The slide started immediately once he
