That nav system though - thought that by looking at the buttons i would be snapping off things. That nav system should have been an option to not have to pay for.

What RV is this person looking for? In my experience (multiple RV shows, several years in a row) showed that all Dodge, Chevy, Ford -based class c do not have enough legroom to fit underneath the steering wheel, and have the driver seat move back enough.

Get an older Wrangler, like an LJ (2006 model). I’m 6ft6, no issues, whereas newer jeeps I have headroom problems. I'm holding on to mine to just do that what you want - tow behind an RV.
