When i bought a 2014 Rogue (yeah, first year-first gen driver here...) the dealer told me that when installing a tow hitch on the car, some of the “aerodynamic stuff” would have to be removed, which would lower the fuel efficiency. I guess this is one of those modifications needed to be removed.

Too little, too late. Now that all manufacturers go by packages, you get what their assembly line can assemble with the least amount of fuss. Less customization makes for an easy car build.

Yeah - i looked hard at the MB based class C motorhomes, those have 6 ft 8 ceiling; but the shower cabin sometimes is 36x24 inches... Not good. And then, paying 100k for it, why compromise on a shower cabin :-/

I liked the car, driven it on a 20 or so mins test drive. Indeed, low CG, little body roll when taking tight corners at speed. The turbo seemed very responsive, brakes were grabby without being overly so.

Kinda similar - my 06 Dodge Grand Caravan’s plastic lever to unlatch the hood from the inside is broken off. Now i just have to either use my fingers to pull that cable, or grab some pliers and pull it with.

Post-finally, you got Anonimious with his black 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon soft-top manual. It’s his most-fun car ever, even eclipsing the fun he had with his 2003 Renault Clio 2.0RS. He has been driving it for the last 10 years, and will do so for at least another 10 years.
