I would say Tom Cruise has given many diverse performances in his career. Magnolia,Born on the Fourth of July,Collateral,Tropic Thunder,etc. He's no Daniel Day-Lewis but he's very good.

Except he's a great actor.

Yeah. Something about his energy just comes across as smug. I don’t know what it is. It just seems lazy he acts like smirking or grimacing makes him intense. Just, nah. There are so many other actors his age who are so much better and don’t get the attention he does.

Without Jesse Eisenberg, this list means nothing. 

I find Bradley Cooper kind of repulsive, so whenever I meet a woman who thinks he’s God’s Gift I know we probably won’t get along. 

DeNiro is always himself but he’s acting. I think it’s generous to say that Clint Eastwood is acting. He’s running lines with a scowl and manages not to look at the camera but it’s not exactly a craft for that guy.

This current era of the Kinja sites, where simply shitting on people for a living and calling it journalism, is particularly groan inducing.

He was good in that but adult Leo puts in no effort. He always seems smug and full of himself. 

How is Johnny Depp not on this list? Dude stopped acting after Edward Scissorhands and is just varying levels of over the top.  He may have acted at some point in the past, but now he’s just the same eccentric person in every movie. 

Amy Adams is possibly the most absurd name on this list.

I can’t think of a Clint Eastwood role where he wasn’t playing Clint Eastwood.
