Indeed, I do. Do you?
Indeed, I do. Do you?
You do realize that's a really common aphorism, not some sort of Joker original, right?
I'm curious, what's the inspiration behind your user name? I live in a town called Arden and it's not a name I often come across.
Quadruple post, yikes!
Triple post, sorry!
Double post, sorry!
I thought that "transvestite" is simply a term to describe someone for whom cross-dressing is a sexual kink and not part of their gender identification. If "transvestite" is outdated/offensive/not PC, then what is the preferred term to describe a person fitting those criteria?
Ahhh! I love Doomsday Book*, but I never hear anyone talk about it. In addition to an awesome time travel story, it's historical fiction at its best (and one of my favorite Christmas stories, to boot.)
What about this one? Recently caught it onDemand. Thought it was entertaining enough. Definitely a cute story, anyways.
"And, I say, 'Jesus, why you look like a shark?'"
They didn't, really. Change Von Doom to Domishev (or whatever), that is. I believe that particular rumor has its origins in that "leaked" plot synopsis from a few months back. It was almost immediately discredited.
Yeesh. I get that you're awful. I suppose that's your right as a human being, you can choose to be awful.
Nah, Olmos was just scooped up by Agents Of Shield.
Woah. I literally just gasped out loud when I clicked on that link and saw who's (hehe, "Who". . .) name popped up in the URL. Now my entire Microbiology class is looking at me funny.
What is this photo from? Is there a secret episode of Doctor Who that I somehow managed to miss?!?
I'm curious — in what way/s do you consider the term "living fossil" to be problematic? Like, what exactly qualifies it as, as you put it, a "loaded term"?
This is literally the first original idea I've seen in an article about WWZ in practically forever. Most commentators are here to make the same jokes about Brad Pitt, bemoan the lack of a "legitimate" film adaptation, or to recommend the audiobook. You actually came up with an original, well-thought-out idea. Kudos!
You are my new coolest person for your casual and irony-free usage of the phrase "trying to make fetch happen."
I'm not sure that anyone really thinks that there is a sudden epidemic of college rapes. I think an increase in media coverage and public discussion can be attributed to changing attitudes towards sexual assault. There's an openness and transparency surrounding these issues that simply did not exist in the past.…
Sidenote: That gif is hilarious and I'm stealing it. What is it from?
