Congratulations on the planks! They will do you well as you age. I have taken to doing planks every night before bed, as they help with core stability and back pain but also with my restless legs. I cannot say too many good things about planks.

Is this a generational thing? As a cranky, former latch-key child of a non-helicopter mother, I find it puzzling that some “adults” make their parent’s relationships all about THEM.
