When my wife is in charge of dinner, it’s frequently pancakes. I can eat maybe 3 before I start to feel like I have a stomach full of cement. Pancakes are good in small numbers. They are very, very bad in large quantities.

To celebrate my 14th birthday, I made myself 14 pancakes. I managed to eat 11 of them and then didn’t want to see pancakes ever again for at least a day or two.

I don’t even like pancakes. In theory, they could be good, but they’re always cold by the time you’ve taken a few bites. Then they’re just no fun anymore.

As a woman who plays video games, I’d also be turned off by men who make their whole lives about games. Even professional gamers have other interests than just games.
