Even though she was never the “premiere” talent on the two teams she was on she always clearly seemed the most physically and mentally strong. What an amazing person. I can’t stop thinking about McKayla. The way she was so visible, so talented, so beautiful and sassy and fun, all the while in pain and being molested. Her poise and strength and bravery are unbelievable. That she had to be so strong and brave is infuriating.
