I think it's time to just start forcing upgrades or pushing people to Ubuntu.
You're not doing anyone a favor by 'extending' their use of XP unless they're in IT.

A great tool to use to see the actual message after restart is NirSoft BlueScreenView. It has helped me a ton in analyzing the reason the BSOD occurred and the greatest thing is that its freeware

change the color temp to 2500 / 2700k or a little over the middle (towards the right just a tad) to where it's slightly green tinted.

Xposed doesn't work with ART runtime on 4.4, which is a major bummer. from what I read on XDA forums, Xposed heavily relies on Dalvik, so it's a long wait before it's 'ported' to ART. still, speed and battery life (as in, ART) >> UI customization (Xposed)

One of the easier shortcuts in nearly any version of Windows is the Windows+E keyboard shortcut to open Windows Explorer. I can't even being to explain how frustrating it is to watch someone right click on the start button and "explore" it.
