Khartoum…

I know this is late (stupid UK delay!) but I have to ask: Were any other women shocked/grossed out when Jessie walked into a stall in the ladies' room and sat down on the seat in her dress?

I couldn't figure out why he caught up to her and just ran along next to her for a second or two instead of grabbing her right away.

Run quickly, and carry a big stick.

Lol, I thought that, too. Uh, Barry…just open the case.

Jay wasn't even taking V9! He was taking V6 & V7, if memory serves.

I did think, "Why not just infuse with Type O?" but I liked that bit, too.

Genuine LOL. :-)

Nope, it wouldn't have.

Well, there's the 27 Club, but I don't know that "They all died at this age," is the best connotation for a (supposed) comedy show.

Thank you!

In which shows on television do men get divorced and start dating again, with all of it part of the plot?

Will someone please explain to me how you "slice open" a bottle of champagne, with a sword? It's in the script several times and I honestly have no idea how one can slice glass.

I rarely watched the show, but generally enjoyed it when I did. During the last season, my husband and I were discussing buying the first season on DVD, because we were looking for a new show to get into.

You'd never get away with killing a dog like that on TV.

You are correct, for all intensive purposes.

A comedy about a woman's discovery of her husband's corpse and subsequent efforts to solve the mystery of his murder. It's scientific *and* slapstick!

Except Gerwig is charming and delightful.

That was my thought: people felt so betrayed by the end of HIMYM, and hated it so much, that a spin-off/other version of the show didn't seem like a good idea anymore.

What a bunch of assholes.
