So does streaming a game from the cloud have any negative effects on gameplay?

I don’t know much about the specifics, but it seems like streaming from the cloud would be heavily dependent on wifi/internet connectivity, right?

And it’s awesome! Means that Epic is listening to it’s player, something no all devs do (I’m looking at your way Destiny 2)

They sort of have to be. Showing that they are actively listening helps folks to see that they know that it was the players who made this into a juggernaut and thus forces other BR games to do so as well or never have a chance to come close to Fortnite.

It’s still unbelievable how much the EPIC team has their finger on the pulse of the online communities for this game.

It’s very hard to make that argument when you have PUBG and Fortnite in the paragraph.

I came expecting to see a pic with a room full of white guys, looked at that pic and got excited that there were so many women and persons of color. Then I made the mistake of reading what the criticism was actually about and promptly remembered why I hate humans of the internetz.

Yeah, I concur. It’s like this is the game’s third trailer in a year and a half. This barely showed anything those others didn’t, and thinking back to GTA V we knew so much about that game by the end of the third trailer

Their heart is in the right place, but this is a poor way to go about it. I’ll be honest: if I was a bully I’d use this service constantly to bully others by claiming they were harassing me. I don’t think their vetting will be solid enough to weed out cases like this.

Just fired up Origins for the first time in a while, and I actually enjoy it better than Inquisition. It’s a little slower, but the story and characters tend to grip me in just the right way.

If you haven’t gone back and tried it, I recommend it.

Blizzard should just scrap OWL at this point tbh. Literally every week we find out another player is a garbage human being, clearly there is either something wrong with their screening process or something wrong with the general population of OW players.

Some of these are way more obvious than others.
