It’s a pretty widely accepted fact that women are at least a slim majority at most colleges, including the Ivies. Heck, they are the majority of the U.S. population. In academia they are really only underrepresented in a few techbro areas like computer science and engineering.

But enrollment in college isn’t the end goal - employment and advancement are. So, when women are out there earning the same as men, running half the corporate boardrooms, making up half of congress et cetera *then* you can say that there is no point for universities to try to cultivate advantages for women.
