Don’t get it, thought when Clarkson pointed out how ugly and useless the BMW X6 was these things would slowly die off. Who new the market was looking for the next AMC Eagle.

All this for only 100K? Sigh.

Exactly, the engine was the attractive part, primarily due to being overbuilt and tuneable without sacrificing too much longevity. I know the 2JZ is antiquated in some ways and Toyota would have lost a fortune developing a new I-6 but as long as it has a German heart, regardless of robustness, it won’t be seen as a

Front end from an Acura Integra?

Eh, an accord coupe V6 manual from a few years ago will outrun most 60/70's musclecars. Hard to beat that Torque though. Also keep in mind those SUVs are pushing around over 6000lbs.

I don’t even know where the autoplay videos are coming from anymore. I get it guys, revenue but autoplay is the quickest way to tick off long time readers. Fix it or leaving.

Fiat Chrysler the Tetsuo of the automotive world.

Seriously, I refuse to go to CBSsports.com anymore because of their relentless and annoying unmuted videos that follow you around the page. People do not like them, cut it out. Every webpage does not have to look like times square.

Looks cool and roof rack included for additional unbalance. Reminds me of Jeremy Clarkson’s condo on wheels.

Just trying to keep up with CBS sports I guess. Understand they need revenue streams to stay afloat but autoplay is beyond annoying.

I am also not a lawyer but a job done would be marked by all steps completed. You can change brake pads but not reattach the caliper to the hub carrier. You can change timing chains but forget to put the bolts back in the valve covers. If you missed a step the job is not done and arguably loose lug nuts or an improper

Just highlighting the ongoing capitalism v socialism battle raging on the Gawker family of sites. Mostly they push socialism but survive off capitalism, oh the irony.

So you are advocating anarchy? You will find out real quick what a thin sheet society is built on.

You  forgot to call him a dipshit, really drive home the substance of your argument.

If your point is to vent, so be it. If your point is to convert people I don’t believe “Fuck off dipshit” is a very convincing argument for your beliefs.

It is an unfair comparison but they are currently the only two high end electric vehicles in their class. The Jaguar I pace and upcoming Mercedes EQC aren’t quite as quick. Reminds me of the Top Gear where they compared an Audi R8 to a C6 Corvette ZR1. Of course the Corvette’s build quality and handling will suffer,

I remember when GM was accused of running a scam decades ago where a check engine light would come on around 80K and you would have to pay the dealer just to turn it off. Believe that was an unfounded rumor but I’ll be damned if Tesla hasn’t done it!

Seconded, 5th gear was for downhill only and gas mileage not much better than the 4.0. Decent low speed torque but otherwise gutless.

Are the new Supras expected to retain their value or sink as fast as a used BMW? Genuinely curious.

Whoever invested in a newspaper couldn’t have possibly thought it was a growth industry, only a managed decline.
