so he looked like a regular guy?

I dunno that "is into SUP yoga" or "is a conservative smoker" is really a dealbreaker the same way that "doesn't want kids and I do" is a dealbreaker. Combining the two into the same study seems kinda sketch.
This is what I deem my reasonable dealbreaker list, narrowed down from my list of preferences to the 4 things that I could not imagine comprising on:
I always thought I'd end up with a bookworm, and now I live with a man who only reads on holiday (if at all). It turned out to not be as big a deal as I thought, I guess. Plus he built me a bookshelf. Maybe they're reading enablers?
I think the problem with the term "dealbreakers" is that it encompasses everything from not wanting to date someone who's not passionate about the exact same bands to not wanting to date someone who wants to have 19 children and who thinks your gay sibling is going to hell.
The last story makes me want to cry. And also treat the whole staff to a round. Fuck those people.
Fuck those people in the last story. I used to be a caregiver for a girl with multiple disabilities. One of her favorite things in the world is to go out to eat. The stares were bad sometimes, but I learned to just brush it off. If anyone had said anything within our earshot, I think I would have throttled them. Then…
Some time ago, I was talking about super powers with my sister and we were trying to decide what the best super power would be (we landed on being able to speak any language). We naturally ended up talking about what the worst or least useful super power would be and I said, "being able to see farts." Now I'm…
Guys, just so you know… flight attendant here. We do this too. Nonstop, just up and down the aisles. And there's lots of us. Don't be dicks.
Seriously. All the love and hugs to that manager of the last one. I'm so glad that if that woman had to endure something so awful, so terrible, and risk losing faith in humanity (seriously? You're going to witness your kids being horrific and condone that behavior?), that there was a manager to validate the awful and…
OMG, how can people be so horrible to a CHILD? WITH OBVIOUS DISABILITIES??? What in the entire fuck is wrong with people? I'm glad they got crop dusted but true vengeance should be that's all they can smell for the rest of their horrible lives.
Ugh, that last family makes me wish restaurants had some sort of first-class accommodations to which you could whisk the poor women away for special treatment while the jerks had to watch enviously from an economy booth between the restroom and kitchen.
Seriously, fuck that last family. I would have done every unsanitary thing possible to their meals short of giving them e coli, and even then I would consider it.
The rumor in Scottsdale is the place is just a cover for illegal housing deals. They want it to fail, and use the tax write off to hide shite. Their collective criminal record would lead me to believe it's true. It's on a corner with tons of places to eat, and before Ramsey, I never saw it near busy. They had super…
Well done. I love that they make it sound like she's marrying beneath her. That is awesome and funny.
I wish drs would just do what you ask. I have been suffering from extremely heavy periods that case excruciating pain and cause me to miss work. I begged for a hysterectomy, but no, the dr wants to "try" and remove the fibroids first.... well turns out she couldn't because they were too big. So I lost time and…
That couple remains the most enabling, codependent set of people I have ever had the misfortune to see on television. And, I mean, I watch Dance Moms, for crying out loud.
My beloved and I met on match.com 8 years ago. Been married for 5 years. Look forward to spending the next 30 years proving the naysayers wrong!
That's a good analogy. Except it seems like in addition to not having to do as much work, the men also get more political power.
This is a good point. I'm not expert on the Mosuo, but from wikipedia:
