I thought this said ‘bury my twats’. I get weirded out by all the non-sexual genital contact in ice skating, so my mind was there already.

I call it The Ballad of Sad Dads.

Lol my husband & I used pills and condoms up until the day we started trying to get pregnant. Now we use a vasectomy and a Mirena. I don't agree with you at all.

This is my life too. My husband would love to take a lower-paid, more interesting job, but we have 2 kids, student loans, a mortgage, and we have both liked having me home. It's a decision I think he's at peace with, though the day-to-day stresses can be hard. I'm hoping to get some p/t work in the fall when #2 starts

Half were ‘very unfavorable’, suggesting that there were options like ‘somewhat unfavorable’, ‘slightly unfavorable’, or ‘neutral’ before getting to the favorable end of the spectrum. I'd like to see what percentage of responses overall were on the unfavorable end of the spectrum.

He’s a blow hard, determined to ignore the fact that the British allowed a genocide to occur because the victims were European and thus unsympathetic- in his eyes.

I agree- as a psychologist, mandated clients are the worst. They are usually minimally motivated, at best, and are just punching the clock. And I agree- unless someone buys into treatment, it won't work. And I agree- I have no idea how to help someone with a 20 year history of resisting treatment. Harm reduction is

I'm not, but I'm glad they were there for you :)

I worked as a psychologist in a residential ED treatment center about 10 years ago, before Obamacare. We were for-profit, but I have no problem saying the care was excellent and clinically sound. No rock climbing.

Last week I had a massive Facebook fight (I know, I'm a loser) over whether potatoes are culturally associated with the Irish. He's Afro-Caribbean & insisted that since potatoes were stolen from his ancestral home the Irish only got what they deserved with the famine. Oy.

Their midnight tuberose body wash is my favorite! I stand in the shower and just inhale that scent.

Please share your method!

I have no loyalty to Honest, but their kid shampoo & body wash (available at Costco, so I tried it) smells fantastic. I like it better than J&J, just based on scent. But in terms of function? They're the same.

I’ve lately taken to baking bread almost daily. This is the bread I made last night. About $1 a loaf. I'm only saving $5-$10 a week, but hey, I'm saving $5-$10 a week and eating fresh motherfucking bread anytime I want it.

I have a 4yo. He can't even reliably get all his pee in the toilet or always get his shirt off unassisted.

Meh, my old neighbor is about 50, a conservative engineer with tweens, and his guns are all in a safe. I think the ‘smart’ is the common factor here, not the politics. It’s possible to have both guns and brain cells, though the world seems determined to prove otherwise.

Short answer: yes

I think it’s the horribly invasive, personal nature of stalking. It’s terrifying in a way more violent-but-random crime isn’t, and as long as the perpetrator is free there’s a legitimate paranoia about him reoffending, perhaps with more damaging consequences.

He can only be punished for what could be proven in court. ‘May have’ is great courtroom rhetoric, but not evidence towards conviction.
