Remember, this is VT. A couple of years ago a guy who admitted to molesting a 6 year old for 4 years was given a 60 *DAY* sentence! Meanwhile another guy who drugged and merely fondled a 16 year old got 15 *years*. So, fucked up state is fucked up.

The Subie owner is lucky the Highway Patrol didn't continue on to give him a ticket for speeding. In my state he would also have received an automatic "careless and negligent" citation for going more than 20MPH over the limit. All that being said, good job chasing down the asshat.
