Troops in WWI were notoriously unmotivated to leave the trenches.
I jus' thought you'd like some Gulf shoes. Y'know, for Gulfin'....
Hey Sweetie, got something for you... [jalopnik.com]
I had a P85 when they first came out. I got it through a PD mass buy. Built like a Russian woman...large, sturdy, ready to work under any conditions and just as attractive. I dumped it and bought my first Sig and never looked back.
Maybe in Kentucky, but certainly not everywhere. In VT you can point guns at people all you want just as long as you don't do it threateningly. Some states it's Felony Brandishing if somebody can make out the outline of a gun under your coat.
The early efforts of a mounted machine gun were to just mount them so that they shot over the propeller arc like this Lewis gun on an S.E.5A. The additional benfits were that if you survived being shot down you could detach it and fight your way home as well as being able to reach up and reload during flight.
The Russian women tasked to fly that plane LOVED it! Maybe it was because of the driveshaft running between their legs....
Ah, I see the problem. Merc UA intially used the term "northeasterners." I guess *technically* you're in the north east.... ;)
Me loves a relevant personal story of hardship and heartbreak. Congrats!
edit: comment moved to CotD, congrats!
I believe you are mistaken. They are grinders.
Solution? Easy peasy...give the swipe away for free, but charge for the service of swiping the card. It's an old dodge like my local tattoo parlors used before they were legalized..."We do the tattoing for free, you just pay for the artwork."
"You know me."

The cab companies banded together to get rid of the "or something."
The Blue Angels always give "media rides" in their F-18's at their airshows. If I were to get a chance to ride with the Blue Angels the RATO ride in Fat Albert would've been my first choice. Talk about a unique experience! Thousands of people have flown in F-18's. How many have rode the rat?
Nope...but this time was too obvious to *not* mention them. I feel like I need a shower every time I go there. The usual story, sucessful family business with great reputation gets bought by those thinking of nothing more than money.
"Heritage Ford"...that's the name of my local dealer...
