Most of the cars being chased are stolen. tracking the car to its final resting point, or finding the owner, does nothing to find and punish the thief, who fled and is long gone. I’m Gen X and I could see myself downsizing to one of these we retire. It is a great way to see the country. We did a cross-country RV trip one summer when I was a kid, and it was one of the best experiences of my life.
