You are. This isn't some SCCA sanctioned Autocross, track day, etc. It's a "drift event", it's about a half step up from a couple of 17 year olds dicking around in a Target parking lot at 2 am on a Saturday night.

Nah dude, I've done dozens of track days (albeit mostly in Canada) and never seen this enforced once. And clearly not in this video either. Perhaps this 'general' rule of his isn't so general after all.
