I’ve never understood the confusion over this. It was explained pretty clearly the point was to conserve dwindling PPE supplies for medical professionals from the beginning.

Also, they were trying to keep our dumb ass selves from bulk buying all PPE needed for first responders and essential workers. LOOK WHAT WE DID WITH TOILET PAPER AND FLOUR. Clearly we cannot be trusted.

Los Angeles and San Diego Unified School Districts just announced today that they will not be opening in the fall, and will continue with 100% distance learning. Since these are two giant and influential districts, I’m hoping more districts follow suit! It’s crystal clear that schools cannot open safely.

Her sentence doesn’t necessarily have to be prison and a lifetime of shunning, community service and a proportionate probation and fine would be appropriate. Don’t play on 911s phone - it’s for EMERGENCIES.
