The easiest way to battle the human trafficking element/employee abuse of these facilities would be to regulate them specifically, but since that would be green lighting immigration we’re going to get this. If they’re living in their own condo, they’re not going to the birth hotel. They’re paying a full time live in nanny for their stay. I see this as a non issue.
