In a way, that would make the volatility worse. There would likely be different nannies at each residence when they’re split, with one team taking over when they reside together. Inconsistent employment may also come into play, creating high turnover with their nannies.

Yes, that person was responding to me. I also referred to the potential legal complexities that being an unincorporated us territory entails in my original comment, as well as my response to them. It seems no one responding to me seems to be willing to acknowledge this, doesn’t understand, or both.
