Oh, found it!
You have to go to the main main menu, the one in the game selection, where the solo vs multiplayer selection is, it’s in there.
Yeah I keep trying button combos and menus and can’t find them anywhere.
Don’t engage with Recoegnitions, they made their intent quite clear in the greys - they just want to spew words they think will hurt people.
Sorry, I didn’t realize how accusatory my initial comment sounded, especially in the context of how I speak on this issue in general, before it was no longer able to be edited.
I can’t get them to work.
I’ll keep trying.
Yup. I overreacted to the voice. I own that one.
I still think the name is ridiculous and her inclusion was made to shut us up and not actually in good faith.
The folks who were tone policing and were “totally supportive” have been completely silent when it comes to the absolutely vile bigotry being poured out by the obvious bigots.
Seems a bit telling.
It’s the dangerous “moderate” play - at least the rabid bigot is an obvious person to avoid - but the “well intentioned moderate” / “enlightened centrist”? The ones who will type up paragraph after paragraph of shaming a marginalized person for getting upset but never once actually lifts a finger in their defense, yet…
This is my reaction exactly, I had to double check to make sure Oracle of Seasons and Ages were on there, as well as Golden Sun. All of those games deserve more people to experience them.
The Pokemon TCG game is pretty unbalanced but also quite fun. The sequel was good, too. Hopefully we’ll get an official English translation at some point.
No, no video options. Non-GBC games are in the pea soup deep green 4 tone mode common on many emulators, GBC games look about like they do on most emulators.
Neither they nor the GBA games have any shaders or attempts to mimic the LCD matrix lines.
No GBC color palettes, no GBP/GBL modes, etc..
GBA games have a bit more letterboxing than I expected, both on the vertical and horizontal axis, but it isn’t too bad.
I’m mildly disappointed there are no graphics options for the Game Boy games. At least, not obvious ones in the menus (not ruling out GBC palette options, but they’re not there by using the original button combos).
Original Game Boy games are in the green 4 color tinted 4 tone palette, GBC games are in full GBC glory.…
I could mostly ignore the art style despite not being a fan (the GB art style for LoZ is by far my favorite), but the LoD / fuzzy effect around the edges of the screen gives me migraines, on top of the performance issues and frame hitches.
I did actually appreciate that it had some added content.
I don’t mind it not…
Awesome, thank you! I missed it.
Fingers crossed that Capcom allows the Oracle games to be present.
Finally.
A good Link’s Awakening on the Switch.
(Mostly joking on that last bit. Maybe)
Also, who let one of the idiots out of the greys?
Can’t even block outright hate speech trolls and moderation is basically nonexistent.
Yaaaaaaaay /s
