It seems pretty easy to me; your sincerely held religious beliefs don’t give you the right to discriminate against others, or to get someone else to do so on your behalf. And if those beliefs mean you’re incapable of doing your job, you get to find a new job.

I’ve never flown El Al, but I’m 1000% certain that if I had ever delayed a flight by refusing to sit in my assigned seat, any airline I’ve ever flown would have responded by getting my ass off the plane to let rational people get to their destinations. They need to stop accommodating bigots.

I used to work in an Orthodox community with victims of child abuse. None of the men would ever touch me because God, so whenever I had my period I would go out of my way to make accidental contact with them, just to spite.

Because an all-male airline would be illegal. So they have to suck it up and deal with the outside world.

Also, if your religion prohibits you from interacting with literally half the people on the planet, your religion probably sucks.
