I think Nintendo has an amazing localization team. They always nail it with the Americanization of the humor. The most genius thing they ever did though, was NOT translate Pikachu and Raichu’s names. Sparkmouse and Boltrat would not have worked.

From what I read, this is hacking via changing the URL.
They used a fucking query string for user IDs. Literally a line in the URL like ?UserId=111890 and you could change that and get other people’s info.

I know people are jumping on the number, and there is a lot of contention with Rockstar about the way this all works, but tbh, it’s a system that allows them to release what could be paid dlc for free, actually allowing the “choice” they get huge boners for.

Super happy that in this game they let you also do Battlefield versions. Some characters do better with platforms. They also let you turn off hazards so it is just the unique stage design without the killy bits.
