I would definitely be up for talking about Black Widow’s post-credits scene.

Off the top of my head (and from the heavier end of the spectrum:
Pretty sure Gilead doesn’t allow women to have that much power.
I think he was a good president, I think he made a lot of good decisions for people...
To be fair, the first Unrestricted Bioweapon album is a jam, so I’m glad they’re getting some extra attention and coverage.
consider this even more proof
Some fair criticisms, but this one:
The film also features Dann Trejo. That’s good!
The Wachowskis outright ask audiences to question everything they’re being told on screen. They want us to disengage with Reloaded as a narrative and look at it from an outside perspective—to unplug and see the code, to detect the manipulation in their filmmaking and apply it to their understanding of Neo’s journey.
So you’re saying this is a movie that was... good on paper?
I mean, if you teach your people that anything that doesn’t go their way is a “conspiracy” and that anyone telling them “no” is infringing upon their god-given right to stupidity... then don’t be surprised when they turn on you, I guess?
“...it’s very difficult in this

Nah, I’m pretty sure this just means Mephisto confirmed.
Holy Crisis of Infinite Chrises!
To quote the great modern philosopher (and dancing king) William Bailey:
Pretty much. And I say that as someone who has enjoyed several of his works in the past. But it’s statements like that which reaffirm my feeling that ZS has quite a “blinkered” worldview... he’s not lying when he says that, it’s just that if something hasn’t been put right in front of his eyes he seems to have trouble…
I’m not a huge fan of the term “elevated horror”, just because it has such a weird, condescending/classist feel whose aim is (often, but not always) to write off any Horror film that’s deemed insufficiently political/philosophical/allegorical as “schlock”, when that’s far from the case.
Appa leading a team of “space rangers” who fly “star fighters” patrolling and protecting some kind of new galactic “republic”, etc
Ah yes, my favourite form of “futurism”, the one defined by promising vague solutions to issues you don’t properly understand (or want to), safe in the knowledge that you can just keep on kicking the can down the road and assuring people (sorry, investors) that “the future” is right around the corner.
Yeah but... which Oscar Isaac is it?
