it’s price and package that isn’t helping Jeep, and Ram’s buy-market-share strategy of selling the deeply discounted previous gen Ram 1500 right next to Gladiators. the midsize truck market is hot and still has room to grow

$33k for a base model with cloth top lol
And Florida has people on drugs eating each other’s faces, and nation wide mass shootings every other week, many say this behavior is not conducive to human health either
I just bought Anker’s SoundCore Liberty 2 (truly) wireless earbuds onsale on Amazon. Can’t believe how good they sound, how well they fit and don’t fall out from running on a treadmill or hiking up an escarpment. I have the $40ish bluetooth speake as well, same thing great for the price. I use it as…

Meh trying to justify spending more is fine, but cheap bulbs properly researched are out in front for me.
Absolutely it’s a great idea. And the average owner would never notice the built in ‘limitations’
Ah very interesting and a nice option for those with the skill and/or ego.
Until he contradicted that statement when he thoroughly enjoyed the Civic Type R some such that had been ‘Ring-ed
I thought they engineered understeer into the base models so they aren’t ruined for the daily road goer and instead make for less of a track focused experience

Ah yes Berserker would be great. Could have a bear and axe logo or something
That is excellent. Cool model name too, completely forgot about it.
H3 was a great offroader for it’s size too. Did they ever offer it with the 5.3L like some Colorados got?
10 to 50 years ago I would agree they were muscle cars, today they are precision tuned $30,000 sports cars especially the 1LE. Their heritage is holding them back by name.
To be fair, they straddle the line, you can get the big high horse power ZL1 that takes an expert driver to fully unleash.
What kind of discounts can be generally had? 10-15% lower sounds about right for an acceptable price, remember just a year ago it only had 155hp
Especially the Ram Classic that can be had with $15,000 discount.. the 3.0 diesel actually works out to be cheaper than the 5.7 V8 on a lot of models.
Those discounts put it closer inline to what it’s MSRP should be. Ridiculously over priced even by truck standards
I hate those typical truck drivers too. Are you the typical GTI owner that’s trying to outrun his check engine light through traffic?
It wouldnt surprise me if everyone now at Jalopnik didnt like trucks TBH
