It’s perfectly legitimate for someone to have a listed company formed for the purpose of purchasing other companies. And the companies it purchases don’t have to be listed on any exchange themselves.

I think folks of all political persuasions can appreciate this thing. If I had the money and land, I can certainly see myself having a blast driving around in a tank.
