Considering that he’s acquired nuclear weapons - the means to deliver them - and the means to produce them the fact that he was able to get a few cars shouldn’t be surprising to anyone.
The target customer for this isn’t the mainstream one - It’s the same person buying a $120k+ Tesla. Very high income, very style and image conscious, likes technology. Probably has whatever the newest smartphone is.
“Pass. Harley has gotten way off course with their new models. Trying to appeal to the younger generation that are not buying motorcycles at all. Stick with what you know, HD.”
I rather like this bike. Not enough to pay thirty grand for it, but I like it.
C6 and C7 values skyrocketing? You’ve got to be joking. There are like 6 people that care about “tradition,” have the available funds to buy this car and
If you’re that confident on C7 values, I’d jump on that because right now you can get them for stupid cheap from Kerbeck or MacMulkin.
The same people that pay extra to get a piece of rope instead of a regular door handle from Porsche will complain that the levers on the Vette are cheap. It's a badge thing.
Exactly! A heck of a lot more interesting than that BMW Supra that’s been the object of so much fawning over here.
this is going to be an excellent car and a lot of people will buy it. I’ll keep my FBO 3 pedal 997 turbo

Yeah, fuck this monkey business.
Yeah, I really like being able to see the current results after voting. Seems like the Monkey doesn’t allow that.
CP for the car and the poll. While the poll looked nice, it just doesn’t work for me. Sort of like the car.
I don’t like the monkey, it wants me to taka a survey after I voted so I can see the results of the poll. That's a NO-NO in my book, sorry
Such a tough call, I only clicked CP bc I can’t just justify $6k for a near 200k mile car, no matter how nice it looks.
Those tires are also constructed much differently than a street tire. This is an absurd comparison.
And as you said, these are mandated, not chosen by the teams for ultimate performance.
Big wheels are a necessity because people keep buying huge cars with huge wheel wells. Stop buying stupid and bad cars.
Since you suggested a used German car for reliability, I’m going to assume you don’t come here much.
I maintain the new Beetle WAS NOT A BEETLE.
