Thousands and thousands of commercial trucks do this every day.

I’m going to burn a tire in your honor
This thing isn’t hauling big heavy shit. People who own heavy equipment use real trucks for that.
Brand new over $100k - but it wouldn’t have the same specs. Much, much more robust. You can get a lot of class 8 truck for $50k
Freightliner, sure, but Hino’s gobble cock
I only deal on the phone. Easier to feel out the buyer / seller. In fact, I never respond to ads that don’t have a phone number listed.
I wouldn’t be surprised of police versions were ungoverned, or governed at a higher speed. I believe Ford Police Interceptors have higher governed top speeds than their civilian counterparts.
I’ve noticed similar in The Office. Whenever they’re driving to NY it’s clear that outside of the car looks like So. Cal. and not PA.
While one of my favorite movies, this scene has always irritated me. McKean is dressed as a Wisconsin Trooper. Even his cruiser is done in the correct WSP fashion. So, what they hell were Neal and Del doing in Wisconsin?
Yeah, but what happens when you’re on your way home and you’ve had a few?
It’d be rather unwieldy. A lot of tail swing
Better lease it, because nobody will want that car on the used market.
I’m sure that’s the same reason the Expedition made the list. They’re comparing the woefully outdated last-gen unit to the current one
Same as always. Once gross weight exceeds 26,000 lbs. (campers excepted)
Looks like it may have had a tranny swap. It’s got the wide brake pedal that an auto would have.
Fuel gelled up. And your hypothesis is correct for most of them, likely purchased unblended or not adequately blended fuel from a warmer region - but fuel sold here (I live in northern Wis.) can be bad sometimes too. I work for a trucking company with a fleet of 150+ trucks and we had some gel up too. They both started…
It doesn’t have to thaw right away. EPA gives them an exemption until the DEF is thawed. On heavy trucks they use coolant flow to keep the DEF warm and they run just fine if the DEF is solid as a rock
My mother’s Range Rover Sport has a fully electric windshield. The zig-zaggy elements are a little funky to look through but in our shitty WI climate it’s well worth it
Believe it or not, it’s factory
Translation: There are still bugs we haven’t figured out yet.
