That’s my gripe- what do we expect from a sequel? If it’s just a rehash of the last game, I can understand the “more of the same” criticism, but I genuinely think this installment has added new things to the game and altered the formula to be an improvement on the games that came before them.

I’m enjoying Borderlands 3 a whole heck (not part of the heck, the whole heck) of a lot.

I’m enjoying Borderlands 3 a whole heck (not part of the heck, the whole heck) of a lot. Each playable character mixes up the classes (sniper/infiltrator, brawler, soldier, crowd control) presented in the previous games and puts a new spin on the mechanics of the series. As a sequel, I think it’s pretty strong. It’s

I think it’s still Chris Hardwick for Vaughn.

As a person that dropped BL2 because I hated the shooting so much, I can say that after taking the plunge on BL3 and spending a little over 6 hours with it, the shooting is much better. Enemies actually react to getting shot and melee’d now, they’re nowhere near as bullet spongy as they were in BL2 and limbs and shit

Your loss. This series is amazing and you should really find a way to watch it. Amazon Prime isn't that bad (certainly better than HBO Now).

All I want from this game is more borderlands. Fuck innovation. Not every franchise needs a new gimmick. Give me updated graphics, tighten up the gunplay a bit, improve UI and character movement, and give me new story. They did that. Now they're getting my money.

Am I the only person who find the complaint about a lack of innovation to be completely irrelevant? I mean, how many people who are planning to buy Borderlands 3 want it to be anything other than more Borderlands? I know some people are saying “I was burnt out of Borderlands after the first one, part 2 didn’t tickle

Gee, your right. It’s not like Amazon Prime has any other great originals like The Boys or Homecoming. It’s also not like they have one of the better exclusive lineups with Mr. Robot, Justified, The Americans and Psych; and it’s cheaper than netflix. It’s also not like they have an option to help deliveries and music

Bethesda: “Never mind, you’re not allowed to hold my beer anymore.”

First two were damn great.  2nd one was more fun from a mechanical and gameplay perspective.

so if you love BL you will probably love this one, and if you dislike the old games you will probably dislike this one.

Marking it down because the humor in it doesn’t appeal to you personally seems like a really fucking unprofessional thing for a reviewer to do

IGN is where white guys with a state University bachelor’s degree in journalism, and an uncancelled subscription to gameinformers print magazine go to die.

they’re just sharing Randy’s Epic account and he has to change the password every time they send it to a new reviewer.

Eh, from the reviews I have seen it sounds like more of the same across the board so if you love BL you will probably love this one, and if you dislike the old games you will probably dislike this one.

Daggerfall is a pretty deep game. What starts off as a seemingly simple mission, find out why a dead king’s wraith is haunting Daggerfall screaming for vengeance, turns into a world spanning story with tons of political intrigue and social commentary. While the random quests could get a bit repetitive, since they were

The character is white in the books and games. Would u say that it would be a good representation of black panther if an integral black character was another ethnicity?

How is wanting a good representation of something people love racist?

Again, I am not objecting to the idea wholesale.
