Apparently the final season was very different from the previous ones (haven’t watched the final one yet so can’t say), but not sure if you are referring to earlier episodes. 

I’m surprised they don’t do that already.  The company I work for has cameras on all of its counter people so that they can be sure no money is being stolen from the till, thought stuff like this was pretty much SOP.
