I watch it now and then, but never bother to on demand an episode I’ve missed. It has a few laughs but I don’t care about the plot or the world it is set in. It’s an adequate show, I guess.

I wish I could give this more than one star. Since someone mentioned the book “Codependent No More”, I will mention “The Family Crucible” about family systems theory. 

If they go ahead with the murder mystery in the next season won’t the fact that Alison’s body was cremated be a problem? Will it be a whole season and then Ben confesses? So dumb. I hope they just drop it, but I doubt they will. I also wonder if after Vik dies we will have a “two moms” deal with Helen and Sierra and

So glad you are reviewing this. I love this show for the reasons you stated. It has a certain “cuddliness” to it, which is such a relief to watch after suffering through an episode of Sharp Objects or some such.

If you want to focus on the enjoyment of books, you could call yourself a bibliophile; if you enjoy thinking about things you could call yourself a thinker, or even a philosopher, maybe? Anything other than “intellectual” would probably be better received.

I haven’t read the comics, but I guess the point is that Cassidy can’t do all the magic stuff because he only drinks animal blood?
