Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon are the best thing that ever happened to SNL. Not only do they need more diverse hiring, they also need Lorne Michaels to retire and get some fresh blood behind the scenes.

She gets very, very few (if any) sketches where she’s the main player, from what I’ve seen. They mainly have her on as supporting or background.

They traded in Jay Pharoah and Taran Killam, both of whom were amazing, for two of the most generic white dudes imaginable—and those two white dudes are now in every single sketch.

it seems like the only time writers want to move a story forward they have to kill a minority. It’s lazy writing and i’m tired of it. Poussey died right around the time majority of on line viewers learned about just how many queer characters would be killed of a show, i didnt matter if it was a poorly written…

I found out about her death before I reached the second episode. I tried to keep watching but I couldn’t.

yeah i was done with this show after Poussey died. i had no idea i have such levels of pettiness within myself that i can not differentiate between what happened on the show and in real life, i will always side eye Lauren Morelli

Michaela Coel is a queen!!! I binged season 2 in one sitting she makes me so proud and quite frankly I relate to Tracey cause I’m a bit of a Tracey😂😂😂. But back to Michaela she is so multi talented and speaks on the issues that face WoC. Look at her! She’s a damn goddess!!
