Why would you want to turn it off?

not much of an issue for me.

One is funny, the other is tragic

I wear suits and business casual and my large screen iphone fits fine in my front pocket

Not sure what that means but I probably don't want to.

Veep has sucked for quite awhile. I'm still watching because they haven't ruined all the characters but it isn't close to what it once was.

I tried to enjoy his HBO comedy special, but it didn't take. I sure hope he didn't pull a David Caruso/Mclean Stevenson etc..

I will have to watch again. I thought she was just distracted practicing her presentation but clearly your explanation makes more sense.

It was mentioned that Mesa Verde would be a nice client, but perhaps $250K in billings (that seemed really low but this was 2003). The new client is just that. Not enough time to build up hours on that, not to mention hiring a co-counsel.

SMH. My goodness. There is always one.

I wasn't sure but certainly the reference to "the Chilean" in the call with the Cartel earlier in the episode couldn't have been by accident. OTOH, Mike referred to him as a "drug dealer" when in reality he is the rising star in the Mexican Cartel. Lydia is too crafty to get specific like that but I've always

I think the season has been great. I love it.

Not me. I generally cringe at the Larry David style of inappropriate humor, but Erlich brings just enough to keep me from disliking him This is a major loss for the show.

That is only partially true. Chuck and Jimmy were working together on his RICO case against Sandpiper for an episode when it became clear that they needed a firm to support them, which ended up being HHM and Davis and Main.

We can keep going back and forth all day but let's agree to just disagree as we aren't going to change each others minds. But be clear that I am not on Team Chuck at all, but while you only seem to see the bad in him, I take a more nuanced approach. I've personally never had the kind of feelings that Chuck has about

I was thinking that if this were a different show, Chuck would die and Jimmy would find that he is the lone beneficiary of his sizable estate…solve his financial woes and make him a better person. But it isn't that kind of show.

I am sure it is streaming on Netflix. I have them on my DVR but I remember people in the FB group asking months ago when Season 4 was going to be available.

Thanks again. I just looked at what that might cost and was shocked. I've had 18 year Macallan but never anything 30-40. It must be amazing

First off, he didn't throw him away. Jimmy never told Chuck or anyone for that matter that he was going to night school and taking the bar. Chuck was genuinely happy when he heard Jimmy passed the bar, but when presented with JM's assumption he would move from the mail room to being an associate, Chuck couldn't get

I've always wondered about the timeline. I used to think they were in 2003, but when Howard brought the 35 year old scotch made in 1966, I just did the math. I guess Howard found a bottle sitting around for 18-24 months. Thanks for clarifying.
