I don’t think a dictionary definition is an appropriate catch-all for how people identify.

Bisexual erasure is chock full of harmful stereotypes like the ones you mentioned, and it’s gross.

Yes, some genderfluid and nonbinary people are (rightly) upset if you refer to the relationship as a gay/lesbian one, as it assigns them a gender by definition. 

Pansexual does not mean fucks everything that walks, or those you aren’t attracted to.

I have never seen those images before. I had no idea how deeply disturbing and dehumanizing they were. These are stomach-turning, and that was the prevalent view of the day. Or.. today, I guess.
