yes, yes, yes. i love those records.
listen to blur and radioead pretty regularly, so need to listen back to some jayhawks soon.

Spare a thought for Mansun's Attack of the Grey Lantern, the rare kind of prog that's song-oriented and still rocks like hell.
1997 was bad for britpop, but a great one for British music.

THIS would make a great Scott and Scott special edition podcast, seeing they already did such an excellent job on Break The Cycle.

Kate Nash the actor really put Kate Nash the sub-Lily-Allen-bandwagon-jumper to shame.

is this an episode if " In The 'Zone ?"
i think it is.
good ep.
GREAT ep.

u talkin u2 to me had a new episode, and that made the week just that more bright for me.

The Sundays, baby.

the one involved in the whole hermanos debacle, yes.

well, we could at least mention the stunning patricia velasquez as ancksunamun, way sexier before she becomes Gob Bluth's girlfriend

geez, now you have me salivating here.
most bbc features have actors that deserve more transatlantic recognition.
the girl from Jamestown, Aidan Turner, and Maeve Darmody… the US would be in for a treat.

wish Marvel can have Fayza Hussein appear in their next movie.a Hijab wearing Muslim British doctor who wields Excalibur. Nuff said.

reign of fire: yes, more dragon apocalypse movies.
plus it had Izabella Scorupco as a pilot.

1. Laurie is pregnant!
2. Don't worry about Gavin. He has a nice sideline directing quirky dramas, I hear

i'm waiting for a dream sequence with Juggie surrounded by Debbi and JOani Jummp.

Once again, all these interesting story lines are fucking great, but Veronica's blue-green shiny negligee-slash-PJ is the highlight.

What makes me such a fan of the podcast is its replay value. if listened to again, i can pick up the inside jokes and non-sequiturs that eventually blossomed to comic gold.
And yes, i'll say it again, Staind Glass is a classic and belongs to the National Podcast Archive should such a thing exists.

Thats one of the few albums that actually gets better with age.
What was once seem murky and dank has really turned out to be endlessly intriguing.
And it has one of Adam Scott's fave REM song in it.
(We're due for a Scotts reunion. Staind Glass II, anyone?)

When i see/hear the phrase Amber waves, i cant help but think of REM's Green Grow The Rushes.
Oh, and Julianne Moore in Boogie Nights as well

But… if you're not listening to Automatic "because of the singles", then you're missinng out on Monty Got A Raw Deal, Sweetness Follows and Try Not To Breathe, unarguably some of their best songs ever!

i love the "FILED UNDER" thingy at the end of the article.
Well done.
