I remember Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannessonwhen he played Sverri the Slaver in The Last Kingdom. In fact when I’m watching scandi noir these days, I’m always watching out for Last Kingdom actors (3 in the final series of The Bridge recently).

I’m guessing the place also has a policy in place that makes their employees financially responsible for any dine-and-dashes. Now that is something that really needs to be knocked on the head.

I’m hoping that The Purge will focus on the purgers who use the opportunity to break other laws rather than just the ones who are using it for an excuse to murder.

I never got why Jackson was singing “Thriller” when the genre he was obviously referencing was “Horror”.

First time I tried it, I took it back to the shop and complained that it was stale. They tasted and said it was fine. I said “Seriously? It’s supposed to taste like that?”

I do think that anyone who needs to go on these extended periods of abstinence really need to start asking some serious questions about their relationship with alcohol.
