I have a soft soft for Excalibur

I think I got 10 minutes into this and then it hit the minstrel with his “Hey Nonny Nonny” and that was it.

I have 2 in my beer fridge (the final Cease And Desist versions)

I’ve just discovered that if I switch to Reader view, I don’t have to wade thru the Slideshow shite.

The best thing about this film was watching Combo from This Is England trying to be an american. He did okay but the scouse accent did make an appearance once or twice.

Having seen Force Majeure I knew that a Will Ferrell knockoff would be no match for it.

I’d also point out that Verka Serduchkar and Mans Zermelov were very definitely approached to be in this and both turned it down...

I couldn’t get past the incest angle. With the fact that their surnames definitely suggest that they are brother and sister.

Dan Stevens: “I’m gay? Who cares?”

I wondered what the hell was going on with the non-icelandic actors accents, given that they were surrounded by icelanders, they couldn’t sound like them?

Worse is, the final song that McAdams sings would be a possible winner.

Interestingly it introduced quite a few Eurovision contestants, some of them winners (Alexander Rybek, Neta, Conchita Wurst, Loreen) and some unknowns. And then does absolutely nothing with them. Ireland isn’t represented which is stupid given that Ireland has the most wins.

I kinda get pissed off when someone says “Disney/Pixar” when talking about a Pixar movie made pre-buyout.

More like The Vast Of Shite. This was a B-Plot Twilight Zone episode that went on for over an hour too long.

Half these films have been on Netflix already.

His “carnival organist performs at a funeral” was the funniest thing in a deeply unfunny show.

Still fondly remembered as “Ray (not Not-Ray)“ from Due South

I had the advantage of only ever seeing Dexter series 1 and 2, before it was ripped from BBC and went to die on a shit station. Everyone I know how continued to watch said that I was lucky, the quality went downhill (except for one season with John Lithgoe apparently) and the ending was shite.

Only just finished here in Ireland. The only way I can see the ending working is if Carrie is a double agent and Saul has just become (unknowingly) the Russian’s most valuable agent in Washington.

It looks like its following the film version, rather than the graphic novel.
